Important: If you have the Tamarnna app installed, you can delete your account
directly from the app by going to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be
permanently deleted including:
- Your profile and account information
- All workout plans and exercise logs
- Progress tracking and statistics
- Preferences and settings
- Any subscription data

within 24-48 hours.

What Happens Next?
- Request Review: We review your deletion request within 24-48 hours
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity
- Data Deletion: All your data is permanently removed from our systems
- Confirmation: You receive an email confirming the deletion is complete
Data We Delete
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Personal profile information
- All workout data and exercise logs

- App preferences and settings
- Authentication data and account credentials
- Any subscription or payment information
